Overview

Upload Booster Pro is a lightweight WordPress plugin developed by BuyScripts.net that increases your WordPress upload limits by modifying the .htaccess file. Allows file uploads up to 5GB.

Installation

Method 1: Standard Plugin Installation

1. Download upload-booster-pro.zip

2. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New

4. Activate the plugin

Method 2: Manual Installation

1. Unzip the plugin files

2. Upload upload-booster-pro folder to /wp-content/plugins/

How It Works

Automatic Configuration

Upon activation, the plugin automatically:

• Adds necessary PHP configuration to your .htaccess file

• Sets upload limits to 5GB

• Increases execution time to 300 seconds

Technical Changes

The plugin modifies these PHP settings:

• upload_max_filesize = 5000M

• post_max_size = 5000M

• max_execution_time = 300

Requirements
